Cupcake makers, mixer, plate.

Cooking:

Step 1: prepare the dough.

Combine flour, baking powder, sugar and a pinch of salt in one bowl.

In another plate, beat the eggs, then add milk to them and beat again. Then add the butter and whisk again.

Pour dry ingredients into wet ones and replace them with a mixer until smooth.

Add the grated lemon zest and mix well.

Step 2: add raisins and cocoa.

Pour raisins with boiling water, then soak it in hot water on 10-15 minutes. Drain and add raisins to the dough.
Separate a few spoons from the total mass of the dough and mix them with cocoa to make a chocolate-colored dough.

Step 3: bake muffins with raisins and cocoa.

Lubricate the dough molds with butter. Then pour the raisin dough into them, and then add a little chocolate dough to each cupcake to make a striped pattern. Total forms must be filled in 3/4 in height.
Bake muffins in preheated 180 degrees oven for 35 minutes, about. You can check the readiness with a toothpick.

Step 4: serve raisins and cocoa muffins.

After baking, cakes with raisins and cocoa should be allowed to cool. Remove them from the molds and leave them on the wire rack.
Serve for tea as a dessert.
Enjoy your meal!
