  1. Salmon steaks 2 pieces

Grill, whisk, bowl, knife.


Step 1: grill salmon steaks.

Rinse the salmon well and dip in a paper towel. Sprinkle with salt (preferably coarse) and pepper, grease with olive oil. Leave in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours or how it goes.
Slice the lemon thinly. Preheat the grill and place a couple of slices on it.

As soon as the fish below turns golden brown (2-3 minutes), remove the lemon and carefully, very carefully, since the salmon is tender and easy to fall apart, turn the fish over to another barrel. Fry a couple more minutes literally.

In parallel with cooking the fish, make a sauce for it. To do this, mix yogurt with crushed garlic cloves and a little salt. Mix until smooth.

Step 3: serve grilled salmon steaks.

Serve salmon steaks on a plate with lemon slices, put the sauce next to it. As a side dish, something neutral: a vegetable salad or rice.
