Step 1.

Beat eggs in a bowl and beat with a whisk. Add salt, sugar and ⅓ flour, mix well so that there are no lumps. Add another ⅓ of flour and mix again, then add the remaining flour and knead thoroughly.

Step 2

Add ⅓ of milk to the dough and mix, then gradually add the remaining milk and mix thoroughly. Add soda quenched with lemon juice to the dough, mix well.

Step 3

Let the dough stand for 10 minutes and add 2 tbsp to the dough. tablespoons of vegetable oil, mix.

Heat well in a pan and grease with oil. Pour the dough into the pan with a ladle, slightly tilt the pan in a circular motion so that the dough spreads in a thin layer throughout the pan.
