  1. Chicken fillet 400 grams
  2. Soy sauce 3-4 tablespoons
  3. Natural yogurt 2 tablespoons
  4. Dried parsley 1.5 teaspoons

Step 1: pickle the chicken.

Mix soy sauce with yogurt and dried parsley in a deep bowl. Rinse and dry the fillet, cut each into two parts (separate the large part from the small one) and dip in the marinade. Mix well and leave in the refrigerator for 1 hourbut better at night.
