- Chicken fillet 400 grams
- Soy sauce 3-4 tablespoons

Step 1: pickle the chicken.
Mix soy sauce with yogurt and dried parsley in a deep bowl. Rinse and dry the fillet, cut each into two parts (separate the large part from the small one) and dip in the marinade. Mix well and leave in the refrigerator for 1 hourbut better at night.
Step 2: fry the chicken.
Shake off excess marinade from chicken and fry it with a little oil until tender. Also, chicken can be baked or grilled. It will be delicious anyway.
Step 3: serve the chicken in yogurt.
Chicken fillet marinated in yogurt turns out to be tender and very tasty, you can serve it hot or cold, cut and put on sandwiches, for example.
