Ingredients

  1. Squirrels 5 pcs.
  2. Yolks 2 pcs. (you can take all 5 pcs.)
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Greens to taste
  5. Butter (any oil) 1 tbsp.

Cooking:



We divide eggs into proteins and yolks. Add a pinch of salt to the yolks, greens to taste and mix until smooth.

Beat the whites with a mixer until a dense mass with a pinch of moth.

In a pan, melt a piece of butter (or vegetable).

Pour the yolks, distribute throughout the bottom and lay the squirrels on top, close the lid and send to medium heat for 7-8 minutes.

We take out of the pan, fold in half, and cut into portions. Enjoy your meal!)
