We divide eggs into proteins and yolks. Add a pinch of salt to the yolks, greens to taste and mix until smooth.
Beat the whites with a mixer until a dense mass with a pinch of moth.
In a pan, melt a piece of butter (or vegetable).
Pour the yolks, distribute throughout the bottom and lay the squirrels on top, close the lid and send to medium heat for 7-8 minutes.
