  1. Canned tuna 2 cans
  2. 1 chicken egg
  3. whole grain bread crumbs 3 tbsp
  4. lime juice 1 tbsp
  5. green onions to taste
  6. cilantro to taste

Drain the liquid from canned food, knead the fish. Add green onions (I have dried), chopped cilantro, lime juice, breadcrumbs (I crushed rye bread), an egg. Mix everything thoroughly, form cutlets. Leave the patties in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Then fry on both sides in a pan or bake in the oven. Enjoy your meal!
