1) Grate potatoes with onions on a fine grater, add eggs, flour, stir salt.
2) Add minced salt, seasonings to the minced meat, and also, if necessary, not a lot of water.
3) In a heated frying pan we form a pancake from potatoes, the thinner the better, fry on both sides.
4) Put the minced meat on the finished pancake, spread about 1.5 tbsp throughout the pancake, sprinkle with grated cheese, turn it into a roll and put it in a mold. If desired, the rolls can be greased with a little sour cream, sent to the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Enjoy your meal!!!
