Instant yeast 8 g
Salt 1 tsp
Warm water 500 ml
Baking powder 10 g
Sugar 1 tbsp
Honey 80 g
Butter 80 g

Step 1.

Mix semolina, flour, yeast, salt, sugar and warm water in a mixer for 3-4 minutes.

Add baking powder for the dough and mix for 30 seconds.

Melt the butter and mix with honey until smooth.

Fry over low heat for about 2.5-3 minutes. A lot of holes will form on the pancake surface, as soon as there is no wet dough left on the pancake surface, the pancake is ready and you need to remove it from the pan.
