  1. milk 1 tbsp.
  2. water 1 tbsp.
  3. flour 1 tbsp.
  4. eggs 120 g.
  5. salt to taste
  6. sugar to taste
  7. baking powder 1/2 tsp
  8. cheese 50 g
  9. vegetable oil 2 tbsp
  10. dill greens to taste

Mix milk, water, flour, eggs, salt, sugar and baking powder. I did it in a blender, you can mix it by hand.

Grate the cheese on a fine grater.

To the test add cheese, dill. At the end, pour the vegetable oil.

We heat the pan and bake our pancakes on both sides. I pour two scoops on a pancake (usually thin is enough for one, but these pancakes fall apart if baked thin.)

These pancakes I serve cooled with sour cream, hot they seem a little damp. Enjoy your meal!
