Ingredients for Making Cucumber Boats
- Canned corn 1 small jar
- Cucumbers 3 pieces for boats and 2 stuffing
- Onion 1 piece
- Avocado 1 piece
- Lemon juice with half fruit
- Fresh greens (dill, parsley) 1 bunch
- Salt to taste
- Main Ingredients Corn, Onion, Cucumber, Avocado
- Serving 6 servings
Inventory:
Blender, kitchen knife, toothpick, plate, teaspoon, cutting board, vegetable knife.
Cooking:
Step 1: prepare the cucumbers.

Wash the cucumbers and cut each in half.
Then, with a knife for cutting vegetables, remove a thin layer, but not cut it to the end, so that it can be bent.
Use a teaspoon to scrub the flesh of a cucumber to make a hollow boat.
Step 2: fill the cucumber boats with the filling.

Peel and slice the avocado, and then mix with a blender with lemon juice, turning it into a homogeneous gruel.
Cut onions, herbs and the remaining two cucumbers into small cubes and mix in a plate with canned corn.
Salt to taste.
Fill the cucumber boats with the resulting paste.
Bend the left “tail” like a sail and hook it with a toothpick. Make flags by cutting them out of red pepper.
Step 3: serve the cucumber boats.

Serve cucumber boats as a snack or as a decoration for a meal. They can also become an original side dish for hot dishes. Tasty and beautiful.
Enjoy your meal!
Recipe Tips:
- You can fill the filling for boats with mayonnaise or sour cream, if you want.
