- chicken thighs with skin on the bone 6 pcs.
- tomato sauce 1 cup
- water 1 cup
- 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
- Worcester sauce 2 tsp
- brown sugar 5 tbsp
- Russian mustard 2 tsp
- dried onion 2 tsp
- black pepper to taste
- parsley to taste
- Main ingredients: Chicken, Sugar, Mustard, Greens
Combine all ingredients except chicken and parsley in a baking dish. Put chicken thighs skin down.
Preheat the oven to 190 C. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven, turn the skin up. Pour sauce and bake for another 35-40 minutes.
Pour sauce over. Bake at maximum temperature (preferably under the grill) for another 5 minutes. When serving, sprinkle with parsley.
