  1. potato 350 g
  2. Ossetian cheese 500 g.
  3. onion 4 pcs.
  4. white cabbage 350 g
  5. chickpeas 600 g

We divide the dough into three parts of about 300 g each and form balls.

Cooking the filling for the cake - Kartofdzhin. Boil the potatoes, make mashed potatoes, add half the cheese and fried onions to taste, mix well and form a bowl.

Cooking the filling for the pie - Kabuskadzhin. Shred the cabbage, add the fried onions, some water and simmer for 30 minutes. Add half the cheese, mix well and form a ball.

Cooking the filling for the cake - Kadurzhin. You can take the beans, I took boiled chickpeas, chopped with a blender or pulp in mashed potatoes, add pepper and salt, form a bowl.

We take a piece of dough, knead it into a cake, put a ball from the filling in the center, pinch the edges of the dough (as shown in the video) and carefully form a cake with a thickness of no more than 2 cm and a diameter of 30-40 cm.

We shift the cake to a hot baking sheet, make a hole in the center and put it in the oven for 10-12 minutes at maximum temperature (I have 250C).
