The basis

1) 0.5 kg. zucchini grate, salt, mix and leave for 7-10 minutes.

I turn the meat “Gingerbread Man” into a cake, preferably with wet hands, put a piece of cheese inside and cover it with minced meat. It turns out a round patty with cheese inside.

5) I put a meat patty in each recess. Sending bake in the oven to the middle level. Bake for about 40 minutes at a temperature of 180 * C.

6) 5 minutes before readiness, remove the mold from the oven, grease with yolk from 1 tbsp. milk. I send it back to the oven for about 5 minutes so that the top turns red.
