Cooking:

4) From the squash mass I form “koloboks”, put them in a baking dish, previously I greased the mold with vegetable oil. In each "Kolobok" I make a recess. I turn the meat “Gingerbread Man” into a cake, preferably with wet hands, put a piece of cheese inside and cover it with minced meat. It turns out a round patty with cheese inside.
5) I put a meat patty in each recess. Sending bake in the oven to the middle level. Bake for about 40 minutes at a temperature of 180 * C.
6) 5 minutes before readiness, remove the mold from the oven, grease with yolk from 1 tbsp. milk. I send it back to the oven for about 5 minutes so that the top turns red.
