We begin to prepare a brine based on 1 liter of water 2 tbsp. salt for salting and pour into a large pot with 3.5 liters of boiled cooled water 7 tbsp. salt, mix thoroughly and pour into a pan with pepper. Cover the pepper, which is completely filled with brine, a plate, put on it the cooked cargo and stand for three days. After three days, we spread the cooked pepper on the dish, after which we begin to lay it on washed and sterilized jars, into which we add red hot pepper for piquancy to taste. We spread the pepper very tightly in the jars, add the garlic and dill present in the brine, pour through the funnel until top with brine from the pan and tightly close with well-washed lids. We store jars of pepper cooked for the winter in a cool and dry place. The pepper will be completely ready in seven days.
