Ingredients for Making Snack Pie

For the pie

  1. Wheat flour 300 grams
  2. Dry yeast 1 pack
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Ground black pepper to taste
  5. Egg 1 piece
  6. Bulgarian pepper 1 piece
  7. Butter 125 grams
  8. Ham 200 grams
  9. Sour cream 250 grams

Step 1: prepare the dough.

Ham, bell pepper and cheese should be cut into very small cubes. Melt the butter in a microwave or in a water bath and cool a little.
In a separate plate, mix the flour with yeast, add salt and pepper. Send cheese, ham, bell pepper, melted butter, sour cream and an egg here.

Mix everything very well to knead a homogeneous dough with pieces of filling. Leave the dough as it is on 1 hourby covering it with cling film or a towel on top.

Step 2: bake a pie for a snack.

Lubricate the baking dish with vegetable oil and put the dough in it, leveling the top.
Beat one chicken egg and grease the dough on top of it, and then send the pie to a medium-heated oven 30 minutes or until the dough is lightly browned.

Let the cake cool slightly and remove it from the mold. Serve both hot and cold.

Step 3: serve the cake for a snack.

Snack pie is good both on its own and in combination with a salad of fresh vegetables. And he is simply divine in combination with a precocious cabbage. Just cut the pie into portioned slices and enjoy it.
