Step 1: prepare the cod fillet and other ingredients.

Cod fillets need to be thawed and dried with paper towels. Salt, pepper.
Scald tomatoes with boiling water, peel and cut into slices.
Remove the mozzarella from the brine and cut into circles too.

Step 2: bake a caprese from a baked cod filet.

Set the oven to warm up 180 degrees.
