Ingredients

  1. Sauerkraut 250 g
  2. Boiled potatoes (warm) 400 g
  3. Boiled carrots (warm) 300 g
  4. Canned Green Peas 250 g
  5. Onion 1 pc. (100 g)
  6. Sunflower oil 3-4 tbsp.
  7. Dill a few twigs
  8. Salt, pepper to taste
  • Main Ingredients: Potato, Onion, Carrot
  • Serving 6 servings

Cooking steps:

1. Dice the hot carrots and potatoes.

2. Salt vegetables and pepper, season with sunflower oil and set aside to cool.

3. Grind the greens.

4. Grind onions.

5. Mix all the ingredients of the salad and it's ready!
