Ingredients for Cooking Chicken Fillet with Potatoes, Garlic and Wine
- Potato 500 grams
- Garlic 10 cloves
- Dry white wine 150 milliliters
- Water 100 milliliters
- Dried thyme 1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste

Cooking chicken with potatoes, garlic and wine:
Step 1: prepare the ingredients.
Chicken breast should be cleaned of skin and bones, and then washed. Peel the potatoes and wash them too.
Cut the chicken fillet into thin, but rather large pieces.
Washed potatoes need to be cut into thin slices.
The approximate thickness of each circle should be about 0.5 centimeters.
Disassemble the garlic into the cloves and peel each of the husks. No need to chop.
Measure out the right amount of white wine.
Step 2: fry the chicken.

Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover the pan and cook the chicken fillet with potatoes, garlic and wine for another 30 minutes over low heat.
Step 7: Serve the chicken with potatoes, garlic and wine.
Chicken fillet stewed in wine with potatoes and garlic should be served hot, supplemented with crispy croutons or dried onions. It turns out a very tasty and satisfying main course to the delight of the hostess.
