RECIPE PREPARATION Chicken soup with sour cream (σούπα κοτόπουλου με κρέμα γάλακτος):

In a pot put boiling water with a little salt. The whole washed and cleaned chicken is boiled on the right heat together with the whole onion, the potatoes in 4, the carrot also cut in 2-3 pieces, the celery and the celery leaves. Bring to the boil over a suitable covered heat, until the chicken comes off the bone. Remove the chicken from the pot, let it cool a bit and remove the meat from it. Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper and add the cream, stirring constantly. With a polish, take the juice from the soup and, stirring carefully, add it over the egg with the cream, without letting the egg cut. Add the chicken to the pot for 5 minutes on low heat, add a few finely chopped celery leaves and serve.
