Ingredients for Cooking Pork Rolls with Stuffing

  1. Pork chops 500 grams (12 pieces)
  2. Red pepper (sweet) 2 pieces
  3. Cheese 50 grams
  4. Bacon or brisket 50 grams
  5. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  6. Ground pepper 1/2 teaspoon
  7. White wine 1 glass
  8. Vegetable oil 2 tablespoons

Cooking pork rolls with filling:

Step 1: prepare the chops.


Wrap the pieces of pork in cling film or foil, and then go over them with a hammer to slightly discourage and make the meat softer.

Pepper the meat, salt, grind the spices and leave it to lie at room temperature (only if not very hot).

Step 2: prepare the filling.


Rinse the peppers, remove the seed core and cut the pulp into thin strips.
Cut the bacon or brisket into thin slices.
First, cut the cheese into thin rectangles and then into strips of the same length as the straws of pepper.

Step 3: roll the stuffed pork rolls.


Now the fun part. Spread a piece of pork in front of you, lay a piece of cheese on one edge, and on the sides of it pieces of pepper, then roll the chop roll, starting from the side on which the filling lies.
Wrap the roll on top with bacon or brisket.
Fasten everything with toothpicks so that the roll does not fall apart.
Place rolled meat stuffed on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil.
Repeat from the beginning with a new slice of pork. Make all the rolls like that.

Step 4: bake stuffed pork rolls.


To taste, pepper the rolls also from above, then fill them with white wine, cover with foil and send them to the preheated 180-200 degrees oven on 30 minutes.
After half an hour of baking, remove the foil and leave the pork for another 5-10 minutes in the oven so that the top is a little browned.

Step 5: serve the stuffed pork rolls.


Filled pork rolls served as the main course with a side dish of potatoes and vegetable salad (fresh or salted vegetables). But the best thing, in my opinion, is to wait until the meat has cooled a little, cut the rolls into slices and serve as a warm snack, adding a little tomato or garlic sauce.
