Step 1: prepare the ingredients.

Peel and rinse the vegetables thoroughly.
Dice the onion, crush the beets and potatoes with the same cubes.

Cut the carrots and parsley root into thin slices.
Step 2: prepare beetroot diet soup.

In a saucepan in which you will cook the soup, heat the oil and fry the onions in it until soft. Then drop the rest of the vegetables, mix and fill with water so that it covers the vegetables on top for another 1 centimeter.
